What is the recommended age for your products?

Nobody knows your kids as well as you when it comes to play! We create our products to be non toxic for good reason, however, taking small parts into consideration, the recommended age is  3+

Can your product be eaten?

While our products are taste safe, we do not recommend it being eaten. Our dough and sensory mixes are made with all natural ingredients so there should be no harm IF eaten, but please do NOT encourage your child to eat their sensory play items.

Are your playdoughs allergen safe?

While our playdoughs are non-toxic they do contain a few known allergens. Such as gluten. They are not made in a peanut free facility

What’s in your playdoughs?

We have a carefully crafted recipe that we have constructed over the last 5+ years in business. While we won’t give away our secrets, all of our playdoughs do contain Flour, baking soda, corn starch, cream of tartar and salt, as well as flavour oil and food colour gel, vegetable oil and coconut oil

Can I choose the scent of my playdough?

Because of the large variety of colours and scents that we have we do not currently offer the ability to customize the scent of your playdough. Stay tuned for our Customize your jar product which will be coming soon!

Why is my playdough crystalizing?

Crystalization in your playdough is totally natural. Simply just play with it, working the salt crystals back into the dough

My child is sensitive to some scents. Can I get my playdough unscented?

Absolutely! Please include this request in your online purchase and we will be happy to make your playdough scented free!
